A. They are top quality high capacity batteries manufactured for TAG Power® to international specifications. They have a higher capacity than the original iPod batteries.

Q. Does the replacement battery have a memory effect?
A. No.

Q. What is the life time of a battery?
A. With proper care it should last several years.

Q. Are the batteries guaranteed?
A. Yes for 12 months from date of purchase.

Q. How long will I have to wait for delivery?
A. Usually delivered within 24 hours from receipt of payment.
