In these terms and conditions 'the Company' shall mean THE ADORA GROUP LIMITED and/or tagpower.co.uk and 'the Customer' shall mean you. We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time.

1. By using this website you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. All pictures are intended for descriptive purposes only.
3. All prices shown are in pound sterling including VAT but excluding delivery charges.
4. All delivery times are applicable to the UK only and are based on Royal Mail.
5. The Adora Group Limited retains the copyright to this website.
6. This Agreement and terms & conditions shall be construed in all aspects as a Contract and in conformity with European Law.

Guarantee

All batteries are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase. In the unlikely event that your Tag Power® battery develops a fault then return it to us carriage paid together with your invoice/delivery note. Without your invoice/delivery note we are unable to replace your battery.

Delivery

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail at £3.99 per order. Orders received up to 15.00 will be despatched same day. Orders received after this time will be despatched the next working day.

Payment

Tagpower.co.uk accepts payments via our secure online credit/debit card system on our website, cheques drawn against a British Bank, Bank Transfers or Postal Orders. The online credit card payment gateway is provided by Google Payment Limited. Google Payment Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom as an electronic money institution. Google Payment Limited's FSA Register Number is 462517.

Refund policy

In accordance with EU law, you have a right to cancel your order within 7 days. To cancel please email cancellation@tagpower.co.uk quoting your account number (shown on your invoice/delivery note) and we shall make a refund within 30 days of receipt of equipment in an undamaged condition together with original packaging and invoice/delivery note.

Disclaimer

Fitting iPod batteries requires a small degree of technical proficiency as well as a basic knowledge of electronic components. The Customer assumes full responsibility for the fitting of the replacement battery. Tagpower.co.uk accepts no responsibility for damage caused to the iPod during the fitting process.

Opening your iPod will invalidate its warranty so don't attempt a battery replacement until this has expired.
